The Art and Science of Your Soul

Jungle of Emotions
What is the difference between a skilled wholistic therapist and a Psychosomatic Therapist? A skilled wholistic Therapist empowers you to become something more. A Pyschosomatic Therapist brings to your awareness where you need to align yourself to awaken the power within through a structured process in understanding focus, balance, and posture.
All the issues are in the tissues and psychosomatic therapy uproots the emotional traumas deeply rooted in cellular memory.
A great Psychosomatic Therapist or BodyMind Analyst can read a person’s entire life story by looking at the formation and shape of the body, its ability to move freely or with constriction, areas of tension, as well as the types of accidents, illnesses or diseases that have happened.
Our bodies become like a walking autobiography, muscle and flesh formations reflecting our experiences, injuries, worries, anxieties and attitudes.

Whether we have a timid posture - one that is bowed over and depressed or one that is standing square and defensive, all are learned and adapted to early in life and become built into our very structure.
To believe that the body is a separately operating, purely mechanical organism is to miss the point entirely. It is to deny ourselves this source of great spiritual wisdom that is available at all times.
The language the Body Mind uses is surprisingly simple to understand. Unearthing the inner conflict is the first step; dealing with that inner conflict and transforming it from conflict to resolution and peace is what enables healing to take place. It is not an easy task, and one that not everyone will desire to undertake, for it demands that we deal with all those aspects of ourselves that we have been spending many years ignoring or protecting.
Psychosomatic Therapy endeavours to provide simple tools and a common sense approach to use in our daily life to empower ourselves with self-confidence, self respect, and the freedom and peace of mind to enjoy the journey in this life through our own self awareness by creating the life we choose.

Day 1: Psychosomatic Breakthrough
For centuries philosophers, health care practitioners and natural therapists in the east have recognised that body, mind and spirit are one. They have shown us that the human being is the embodiment of this earth and our intimate connections with its elements and how the spirit within, communicates the primordial importance of self preservation to maintain a healthy life.
In western society, the rapid growth over the last century, has created countless alternatives to many aspects of life at a headlong rate. This has distanced the mind from the body and Soul. The Soul belongs to religion, the mind belongs to the psychologist and the body belongs to the doctors, to be cared for, as we are too busy with other issues that must be attended to.
In Psychosomtic Therapy we find the unification of the body, mind and soul through understanding how the soul communicates through the connection between the Psyche (mind) and Soma (body). This connection to our Soul facilitates the healing of the Soul’s body for the greater conscious understanding of the fulfillment of its mission in life.
The aim of Psychosomatic Therapy is to train skilled therapists to locate the source of discomfort, dis-ease or inadequate energy flow created by mental, emotional or physical experiences of the past.
These molecules of emotion are held in the body as cellular memory creating redundant behaviour, habits and attitudes that could result in psychosomatic dis-eases.
These are released by specialized techniques that eliminate the restraints before they become dis-ease, or shift dis-eases already manifested. The methodology used in the psychosomatic therapeutic processes are simple and practical so the client can learn by physical, mental and emotional experiences that are self empowering.
The key is found in learning to read one's emotional energy flowing in their balance, structure and posture, then shifting how the body is used, addressing the emotional issues in the tissues, so that the body-mind let go of the old patterns and come into alignment with the soul.
You will learn:
All the chakra systems of the body

Day 2: The Art of Reading Faces
What if you could look at a face and understand what's shaped them to be who they currently are?
Are you aware that the face is shaped by life's experiences, and reveal how someone's soul feels about those experiences?
Every part of the body is seen in the face. A careful study of the face shows how we utilise all these potential characteristics, creating a unique personality with all the facial features.
Yes! Within a face, lies a magical map of the larger energetic and emotional system: the health of the body, emotions, thoughts, chakras, masculine/feminine expressions, and more.
The structure of the face shows the overall how someone generally moves through life; it is like the blueprint, while the fleshing out of details is found in the individual parts highlight characteristics and personality traits found in the face.

Day 3-4: Bodymind Analysis
This body is a living history of how someone got be in the shape they are in. It is the Soul communicating its experience of what it is like to be in a human body.
This ‘language’, through body chemistry, recognises no nationality or doctrine. It only seeks to impart love, compassion and understanding to be experienced as a good healthy life.
Beyond all words the body is constantly transmitting messages to those trained to receive information, revealing character, past successes or trauma, feelings expressed and unexpressed, personality, energy flow and more.
We spend three full days going through each part of the body to brings our awareness to our issues in our tissues, energy flow, and our mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
The whole history of our life begins to unravel step by step, letting go of unwanted and buried memories and behaviours.
You will learn to use new practical tools for change in a warm and compassionate environment from your highly experienced trainer, and to acknowledge and appreciate the fantastic intelligence of every part of your body-mind and its miraculous capacity to act, react and maintain your health.

Day 5: Limbs, Joints and Feet
The limbs, joints and feet play a vital role in the understanding of Psychosomatic Therapy. Highly developed health sciences over thousands of years have studied, understood and treated the human being as a whole unit.
Acupuncture, shiatsu, meridian therapy, yoga, massage, physical training, sports and endless lists of daily activities naturally include the joints, limbs and feet as inseparable parts of our life.
These highly developed limbs, hands, feet and head have set human beings aside as a unique group of consciously living life forms that have no equal on earth.
We first get into the unique feature of the limbs from the sensitive tips of our delicate fingers to the tips of our toes are highly tuned amplifiers and shock absorbers. The vibration of contact transmits information which communicates to and from the centre core energy within the trunk of the body where the Soul consciousness exists.
From the soft sensory tissue on the tips of the fingers and the toes with highly sophisticated digitalised support of the bones through articulating joints to and from the body mass, we instantaneously communicate with each other to maintain the total health and function of the whole.
While standing, running and walking all load bearing joints must be in perfect alignment. This is the most essential feature for the maintenance of the infrastructure of all life to conform to the blueprint of our journey as a human being.
You will learn:

Day 6: The Language of the Hands
The language of the hands express the knowledge of life and the wisdom of the Soul. As the extensions of the heart they communicate the lower and upper aspects of the Self in being human. Hands reach out, sense life and respond to it. The language of hands speak your emotions through touch. Touch is the energy and sensory awareness of the heart centre.
Here the Soul speaks the language of unconditional love, compassion, nurturing and healing. Place yourself in the hands of your Soul. Every Soul shows its uniqueness and identity through the unique whorls of each finger. Whatever you touch you leave behind your imprint of your mental, emotional and spiritual intent.
With all five senses in the palm of your hand, the fingers reach out and communicate with even greater sensitivity and focus than the sense of sight alone. Listen and feel inside whatever you touch outside. This is the meeting point of your mind and intuition. This is where the reason pauses to listen to the voice of the Inner Self.
Every part of your body-mind is expressed by your hands through gestures, shape, size, touch, texture and warmth. We hold the whole world in the palms of our hands. All we need to know can be at our fingertips should we care to listen to what the Soul’s wisdom is interpreting for us.
You will learn:

DAY 9-10: Emotional Anatomy and Trigger Point Release Bodywork
The human body is a compact mass of tissue and organs that press against each other with no space as they form a close compact emotional relationship of supporting each other.
They form the body systems, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic and immune, digestive, urinary, reproductive and skin, hair and nails. Structure and shape are created by the balance or imbalance of what’s going on inside one’s world. Emotional sensitivity must be cultivated through to assist in the evolutionary expansion of your soul’s intelligence. This is done through navigating our internal emotional anatomy and training the BodyMind to cultivate an internal relationship with ourself of kindness, patience and tolerance to the process of our own learning.
As we merge with our soul, there will be an awareness of the Spirit within and the Soul presence will radiate the light that we carry within us as a glow of love, empowering us to accept every moment of life as a new experience of the Love that empowers the passion for living in a healthy and purposeful life. Re-invent the body, resurrect the soul.

Our reactions to any and every thing in the world around us is experienced as this continuous change of molecular structure created by our own actions and reactions within us.
Our Body speaks to us through these molecular changes that attempts to keep us alert, present and conscious of change. Should we dare to pause to listen, we will be instantly aware of its presence.
In that moment of awareness the continued surge of life within will encourage us to enhance and express the reaction, or let go of the tension drawing our attention to the unsuitable molecular change.

DAY 11: Psychosomatic Dis-eases
Healing ourselves requires that we remove the conditions that cause our dis-ease. In this process, we find that the causative factors of illness are not strictly physical problems. They can relate directly to the mental and emotional life we live as well. Our thoughts and feelings are powerful, dynamic forces that influence every aspect of our lives and are a major causative factor in either the health or dis-ease of our body and mind.
How we feel and think about ourself is what we become. Whether we realize it or not, our conscious and unconscious attitudes (belief systems) and feelings (emotions) powerfully affect the cells, tissues, and organs of our physical bodies, as well as the conditions we experience in the world around us.
The first and most important step in healing any problem is to become aware of and acknowledge that there is an existing problem. Once we recognize and release the attitudes that inhibit our expression of love, we then remove the root causes of our dis-ease. In this way, symptoms will fade away and we will establish permanent healing.
