Hey, I’m Kelly Love

Welcome to Rewilding! What inspires me is to keep showing up is witnessing humans shift what they thought was un-shiftable!

In 2018 I was set to start my Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. As the date to register for classes approached I began to experience anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia. I figured I was just nervous to settle down for a year to study, so I booked a trip to Bali and Thailand to get the travel bug out of me.

Within 24 hours of landing I broke my collarbone and felt this wave of relief come over my body because I could no longer sign up for my classes. That was the first time I heard my body language clearly and did a complete 180. I left everything that was familiar and dove into the mystery of my new spiritual journey.

In 2019 I began learning how to heal myself and quit corporate to dive full time into this mission, shifting decades of repeated pain, trauma and drama cycles, into a life filled with peace, meaningful connections and a track record of successfully delivering results for my clients.

I am Master Level trained in Psychosomatic Psychology and currently in my Teaching Diplomacy. I’ve also been trained in integrative trauma release, embodied healing arts, Reiki and earned a Bachelor’s in International Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

My dedication and passion for this work was birthed from becoming the victor over my own complex trauma experiences including incest, narcissistic parents, repeated sexual assaults, religious brain washing, death of my daughter, full hip replacement, clavicle repair and more.

I combine my "School of Hard Knocks" experiences and professional training to guide others into courageously seeing their truth, radically aligning to love, and rising into their Soul's expression.

It's time to get in touch with your body and your nature, because this is where your power is at.

FEEL it to HEAL it HEAR it to CLEAR it

This is my “why”

The healing modalities I offer changed my life.

At the beginning of 2019 I heard within my soul, “Get in touch with your body and nature because this is where your power is.”

That was a radical statement because I spent the majority of my life feeling unsafe in my body, and like I couldn’t trust my nature.

This voice was so strong though that I felt if I ignored it, I would regret it.

I signed up for a retreat that focused on using the body to heal the body, and for the first time I experienced the truth of just how powerful I AM to heal myself.

My experience was so potent, that I left the corporate world and dove into all things using the body to heal the body.

When I came upon psychosomatic therapy I discovered it to be the missing link that connected all of the skills/modalities I had acquired, which is why ALL of my sessions start with listening to body language.

In just a few short years, I shifted decades of repeated pain, trauma and drama cycles, into a life filled with peace, meaningful connections and a track record of successfully guiding others on this path.

In a world that has lost touch with the body’s ancient abilities to heal itself, I’m a living testimony that we truly are our best healer.

Join me on a journey of rewilding yourself into the wholeness, love, purity and power that you are.

So what exactly do I do?

Short answer: CONNECT HUMANS TO THEIR SOUL, INTUITION AND WHOLENESS THROUGH THEIR SOUL’S BUILDT IN COMMUNICATION OF SACRED BODY LANGUAGE

Around 90% of the communication within us is the body informing our brain about the internal and external stressors. By the time we are cognitively aware of something we believe, feel or are doing, our conscious mind is the last one notified.

The implications are that are our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, actions, and the way we perceive reality are largely in the recesses of our subconscious, or below our cognitive awareness.

When we are unaware of what has shaped us to be who we are and the programs running our life, we may repeat pain, trauma and drama cycles, or resign ourselves to the incorrect belief that "this is just the way I am."

The processes I guide you through illuminate what feelings, beliefs and patterns exist, how to interrupt them, and how to reshape the way you think, feel, beliefs, and how you perceive yourself. The world around you, and how you show up in life, will shift.

I guide this process with simple steps that get to the roots of your issues:

  • Teach you Body Language so you are able to see/feel/hear foryourself

  • Provide simple bodyweight exercises that focus on balance, posture and alignment to train your muscles to hold the new posture

  • Embodiment experiences that interrupt the old patterns and implement new ways of being

I’m passionate about continuing to learn. Here is what I’m trained in:

Psychosomatic Therapy & Body Language Reading

+ Learn More

Body Language is a LOVE LANGUAGE from the soul about what it's like living your human experience.

It reveals the emotions, beliefs and patterns you've acquired based on your personal experiences. Your individual circumstances have literally shaped your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, and we are able to read the body like a book!

The language shows up in:

  • Shapes of the body parts from toes to the head
  • Masculine/Feminine comparisons
  • Posture
  • Mannerisms
  • Chakra balances
  • Language usage
  • Beliefs
  • Mental and emotional health states
  • Dis-eases
  • Surgeries
  • Broken bones and more.

In Psychosomatic Therapy is a process of deciphering this body language to reflect back to you what has shaped you to be who you are, and what subconscious stories you are holding onto.

Through posture corrections, workouts I’ve developed to hold your body in the new alignment, and emobodiment practices that interrupt old patterns, you are able to reprogram the messages you’re sending your body, and thus let go of old patterns and create new ones.

This process is an act of dedicated and devotional self-love. If it has taken you however many years to become who you are, then it will take a concerted effort to consciously reshape yourself.

Integrative Trauma Release & Reiki

+ Learn More

I combine several somatic modalities to work on letting go of trauma from all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

The main modalities I utilize are massage, trigger point release therapy, also called de-armouring, reiki, and somatic healing modalities.

The issues we’ve experienced are stored in our tissues. By placing light to heavy pressure on an area of the body (de-armouring), the body will bring to your awareness a feeling, emotion or memory that’s stored there.

From here, I guide you through a somatic healing practice of acting/speaking out a new ending so that your brain says, “Oh, we’ve solved this. We are able to move on now.”

Reiki is simply channeling Universal Energy of the Creator into you. I am not the source of energy, I am only a conduit.

People experience this form of energy healing in a variety of ways: feeling energized or relaxed, finding clarity, experiencing physical sensations and/or healing, seeing visions, and more.

Somatic Embodied Healing

+ Learn More

Where pain and trauma are stored in our brain is a more primal part of the brain, the mammalian brain, that registers memories through the sensory information and emotions we felt at that time of the experience.

This part of our brain does not understand time, spatial awareness, or logic. This is why talk therapy often times doesn’t do much lasting good because it’s trying to speak to your mammalian brain in a way that it is not able to comprehend.

The way we speak to this part of the brain then is through similar response mechanisms of sensory information and emotion.

Somatic healing modalities are a variety of ways to respond to our mammalian brain through our five senses and emotional expressions so that our brain actually registers the healing, and then passes that information to the neocortex where we are then able to reason with it.

Traumas may be stored on many levels, so this process take spaciousness and patience to find all of its roots and integrate the healing.
