A personal message from my heart to yours
I understand what it’s like to be at the beginning.
To feel the desire to change—really change—but feel like you don’t have the time, the energy, or the money to really invest in yourself.
I lived like that for years.
Always showing up for everyone else.
Always finding a million other things more “urgent” than my own well being.
Until my body broke down.
I literally couldn’t walk without pain anymore because my hip had osteoarthritis and a partially dead leg bone. What a direct message from the universe showing me that I was burnt out, spiritually disconnected, and feeling like I had no idea what I really needed.
That hip replacement took me on a journey of learning how my body got into that shape, and doing the emotional, physical, and soul work to heal myself.
Investing in me was no longer an option, I literally needed it to be able to walk!
My Soul was literally begging for nourishment and needed me to slow all the way down to get the message!
Now, years down the path, I’ve seen this same threshold moment play out again and again.
This choice point. Where someone has to decide:
“Am I all in on myself?”
Or “Do I still need to run through a few more excuses before I realize how worthy I am of this care?”
So I’ve decided to offer both parts of The Initiation—Face Reading & Emotional Body Archetypes—through sacred gift exchange.

Because I desire to meet you where you’re at and have you in the room.
I get how hard it is to take that first step.
To see yourself as worthy of this level of care and attention.
To say, “I matter, and I’m investing my time, energy, and resources in my well being.”

A Note on Commitment:
This is not a casual course. You’re not being talked at and given information to memorize - you are being interacted with and given real-time experience responding to the language through your own reflection and those learning with you.
That being said, this is a sacred gift exchange where I bring my full presence, skill, and years of embodied experience regardless of what you give.
AND there are others showing up with you, opening up parts of themselves they may not have seen yet.
I ask you to bring the fullness of your presence in return. That means:
You show up to every session,
You complete all integration work,
And you come ready to meet your reflection, even when it’s uncomfortable.
This is first and foremost about your commitment to yourself.
Then, honoring my investment into you as your guide,
And finally, your presence for the fellow participants, who are also investing deeply and deserve a container that honors their process and pace.
Each session builds on the last. miss one, and you fall behind. And when you fall behind, one of two things happens:

A: No experience needed. You’ll learn step by step, with full access to illustrated manuals and pre-recorded lessons for ongoing support. This was designed for curious humans, not professionals.
Q: Can I take just one course, or do I need to take both?
A: Anyone is welcome into the Face Reading Gift Exchange. Emotional Body Archetypes is by invite only and for those who have completed Face Reading.
Q: Is this live or pre-recorded?
A: We are live in Zoom. You will have access to the online course to return for future learning.
