I don’t fit neatly into a title…
because the work I do isn’t neat.
It’s not a service or a niche.
It’s a reckoning. A returning. A remembering.
If I had to name it, I’d say I’m a Spiritual Midwife—
guiding people through the messy, beautiful process of shedding what’s false and being reborn into who they truly are:
Fully human. Fully divine. Fully alive.
This isn’t about pretending life has been easy.
It’s about honoring the pain, rewilding the self, and reclaiming the power buried under generations of lies and spiritual distortion.
I believe your body holds the blueprint for your soul’s unfolding — and when we learn to listen, we remember who we truly are.
I listen to the Soul through the body.
I don’t fix—I illuminate.
I don’t heal—I show you how to remember.
I didn’t come to this work through theory.
I came through the fire — walking out of childhood abuse, sexual trauma, profound loss of my daughter, religious brain washing, broken dreams, and the disconnection that so many of us have been taught to normalize.
For as long as I can remember, I knew I was here for something greater.
I could feel it — a destiny coded into my bones — even when the life around me didn’t reflect it yet.
But destiny isn’t handed to us.
It’s forged through the journey.
Like an acorn that has all the coding to become an oak,
It becomes the oak through intentional nourishment.
It wasn’t until my life and body broke down that I finally listened.
A shattered collarbone, a failed plan for Seminary, a hip replacement at 38, relationship ruptures on the regular, and a slew of gut health issues — each experience cracked me open and led me back to the wisdom written in my own body.
In 2019, I heard a message deep in my soul:
“Get in touch with your body and nature — because this is where your power is.”
It changed everything. I dropped out of Seminary, left the church, left the corporate grind, traveled the world, and began this exploration of my body and my nature.
I took many trainings.
Got a few certifcations and a teaching credential.
But the real magic was found in the listening.
I rewilded my life, piece by piece, choice by choice.
And in the beautiful chaos of it all, I discovered God.
God wasn’t in some ancient text, or church structure, or vision quest into the wild…
God was inside of me all along communicating about how to live a god-like life.
If you feel the resonance of the story, and are ready to remember who you really are, I’m already waiting at the door.
FEEL it to HEAL it HEAR it to CLEAR it
Today, I teach what saved me:
How to listen to God through the body’s sacred language.
How to break inherited cycles of pain and create new cycles of life.
How to embody the soul’s blueprint with courage and tenderness.
This work is not for the faint of heart.
It’s for the ones who always feel they were more than what they lived through.
It’s for the wounded healers, the cycle breakers, the new way showers, the ones who are turning their pain into power and their scars into wisdom.
You are not broken.
You are being initiated.
You are the living proof that love can survive anything — and rise stronger.
Welcome home.
Let’s rewild together.
Your body already understands the way!
So what exactly do I do?
short answer: I facilitate the deep reconnection between your body, your soul, and your true self — using the sacred language your body has been speaking all along.
93% of all verbal communication is body language, only 7% are the actual words you say.
And around 90% of our communication originates from the body, informing the brain about both internal and external stressors. By the time we become consciously aware of a belief, feeling, or action, our mind is already behind—catching up to what’s been encoded in our subconscious.
This means that our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and perceptions of reality are often shaped by unconscious programs, deeply embedded below our cognitive awareness. If we remain unaware of these influences, we may unconsciously repeat cycles of pain, trauma, and drama, or accept the belief that “this is just how I am.”
I show you how to create a new story by:
🔹 Teaching you to read body language so you can decode your emotions, inherited patterns, and soul’s blueprint.
🔹 Guiding simple, powerful body-based practices to realign posture, breath, and nervous system regulation.
🔹 Facilitating embodiment experiences that disrupt old programming and anchor new ways of living, loving, and leading.
You don’t have to “think” your way into healing.
You simply have to remember — and feel your way home.
This is the new way.
This is the revolution they never saw coming.
This is how much your Soul loves you!

I’m committed to whole-istic healing. Here is what I’m trained in:
Psychosomatic Therapy & Body Language Reading
+ Learn More
Body Language is a LOVE LANGUAGE from the soul, expressing what it means to live your human experience. It reveals the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that have been shaped by your unique personal journey. Your individual experiences have physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually sculpted your body, and we can read it like an open book!
The language shows up in:
- Shapes of the body parts from toes to the head
- Masculine/Feminine comparisons
- Posture
- Mannerisms
- Chakra balances
- Language usage
- Beliefs
- Mental and emotional health states
- Dis-eases
- Surgeries
- Broken bones and more.
Psychosomatic Therapy is a process of interpreting this body language to show you what has formed you into who you are today, and what subconscious stories you’re still holding onto. Through posture corrections, workouts I’ve designed to support new alignment, and embodiment practices that break old patterns, you can reprogram the messages your body sends and release those outdated patterns to create new ones.
This journey is an act of devoted self-love. Transforming yourself—especially if it’s taken years to become who you are—requires intentional effort and dedication.

Integrative Trauma Release & Reiki
+ Learn More
I integrate several somatic modalities to address trauma across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The primary modalities I use include massage, trigger point release therapy (also known as de-armouring), Reiki, and somatic healing practices.
Trauma manifests in our tissues, and through de-armouring—a technique that involves applying light to heavy pressure to specific body areas—we bring to light feelings, emotions, and memories stored there. This process allows the body to become aware of these stored experiences.
From this awareness, I guide you through a somatic healing practice where you can act out or speak a new ending, helping your brain recognize that the issue has been resolved and it’s safe to move forward.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that channels the Universal Energy of the Creator into your body. As a conduit, I facilitate the flow of this healing energy; I am not the source but a channel for it. Clients often experience Reiki as energizing or relaxing, providing clarity, physical sensations, healing, and even visions.

Somatic Embodied Healing
+ Learn More
Pain and trauma are deeply embedded in our primal brain—this part of the brain processes memories through sensory information and emotions experienced at the time of the experience. It doesn’t understand time, spatial awareness, or logic, which is why talk therapy often falls short of lasting change because it attempts to communicate with this part of the brain in a way it cannot grasp.
To effectively reach this part, we need to engage through sensory responses and emotions. Somatic healing modalities offer a variety of approaches that speak directly to our primal brain using the five senses and emotional expressions, allowing the brain to register healing and pass the information to the prefontal cortex, where reasoning takes place.
Trauma can be stored on multiple levels, requiring patience and spaciousness to uncover all roots and fully integrate healing.
